Are you organized, enthusiastic, and love working with people? We are currently seeking a Receptionist for our camp, and we'd love to have you join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, campers, and staff in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the camp calendar
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with various administrative duties as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Act as a liaison between guests, campers, and staff
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
