    POSITION OVERVIEW:

    Reporting to the Associate Global Process Manager – Make to Deploy & Distribute to Deliver, with a global focus in manufacturing, distribution, and maintenance. The Global Process Manager works with business partners across McCormick to identify, align, and implement standardized world class process and technology. This individual collaborates with key stakeholders to assist in identifying opportunities to deliver new services for unmet capability needs. The incumbent must be able to develop and communicate roadmaps, capabilities, solutions, and business cases. Key accountabilities include: leadership to drive global alignment on industry standard solutions, design and deployment of globally aligned end-to-end processes, business transformation (change management), seamless collaboration with IT group to implement the enabling technologies, ensure seamless integration with adjacent processes and leaders.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Collaborates with, and influences, key stakeholders to identify, align, and execute strategic plans that deliver efficiency targets through standardized work class process and technology.
    • Actively participates in the development and continuous improvement of global process and technology through documentation, training, testing, and controls.
    • Drives decisions to standardize processes
    • Manages solution decisions (configuration, WRICEF, cutover etc.)
    • Facilitates complex functional and cross functional initiatives
    • Defines and implements KPIs and performance measures leveraging best practice benchmarking with a focus on continuous improvement
    • Collaborates with IT on system implementation/enhancement initiatives
    • Ensures adequate and timely root cause analysis to understand problem drivers and implementation of necessary corrections and/or changes.
    • Collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure global alignment of priorities working in a matrixed environment.
    • Leads associated change management activities

    GENERAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's Degree in related professional area
    • Strategic thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Subject matter expert of functional area process and tools
    • Collaborative and resilient with a global mindset
    • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in a complex multinational organization
    • Demonstrated experience working in a matrixed global environment.
    • Program and project management experience required.
    • Formal continuous improvement (e.g. LEAN / Six Sigma) and project management (e.g. PMP) certification/training desirable.
    • Stakeholder management experience with ability to influence & persuade key stakeholders and to constructively deal with conflicts.
