With a keen focus on multifamily assets in the US, we strive to implement value-add strategies and identify lucrative investment opportunities that align with our criteria for success.


As we plan to double and triple the size of our portfolio within the next 3-5 years, we are seeking a motivated individual who not only has the skills to excel in the role of Assistant Asset Manager, but also possesses the aspiration and potential to become our amazing second-in-command, driving the growth and success of our business.


Position Overview

Future Growth Opportunity

Compensation:

$55,000-$70,000+ yearly DOE


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the daytoday operations of multifamily assets, ensuring efficient management and optimal performance
  • Assist in the development and execution of valueadd strategies to enhance property value and maximize returns
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new investment opportunities that meet our investment criteria
  • Collaborate with the investment team to underwrite potential deals, including financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessment
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, including investors, general contractors, property managers, and vendors
  • Provide administrative support to the executives as needed, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing documentation

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience in real estate investment, property management, or related industry (e.g., construction industry)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform financial modeling and valuation
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively negotiate and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Motivated selfstarter with a strong work ethic and a desire to continuously learn and grow in the real estate investment industry
  • Valid 5 BC driver's license and insured vehicle
  • Must hold a valid Passport and be able to travel to/from USA and Canada
