Associate Brand Manager dedicated to building and executing both short and long-term brand strategy for the Snacks business This ABM will be focused on our exciting nutrition and organic brands (Lärabar and Annie's) as well as act as the key lead for our Channels portfolio.

Serve as a general manager to maintain the P&L and deliver financial stability, growth, profitability, and market share.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Create brand strategies that drive sustainable growth (market share) and deliver financial forecast (RNS & Profit)
  • Lead strategy execution of brand portfolio management and 12Q plans including innovation, HMM, renovation, SRM, packaging design to hit financial and volume targets in collaboration with crossfunctional team
  • Collaborate across an ecosystem of crossfunctional partners to build strategies and execute plans
  • Collaborate with experts to assess and evaluate solutions, orchestrate annual plan, and ensure execution across all components of product portfolio (Innovation, renos, growth PPA, HMM, portfolio management).
  • Lead total Snacks budget to ensure team is on track to their targets
  • Partner with US counterparts to inform longterm brand strategy and to execute shared projects

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of work/internship experience
  • Background in: CPG Brand Marketing, Finance, Sales, Consulting, or other leadership development program experience (industry agnostic)
  • Large, matrixed organization experience

  • Strong analytic ability to translate data into meaningful insights and action
  • Ability to strategically choose levers to balance shortterm commitments and longterm brand health
  • Understand P&L mechanics and how to impact topline and bottomline drivers
  • Ability to identify and evaluate brand building ideas across 4Ps and make connections across other brands in
portfolio

  • Ability to determine how to use 4Ps to achieve brand strategy and goals
  • Demonstrate comfort and capability with brands in all stages of growth
  • Understand how Sales organization operates and role of SRM levers
  • Ability to influence and inspire direct and crossfunctional team
