Job summary
We are looking for a Salesforce Functional Analyst with proven experience in leading small to medium-sized teams. This hybrid role combines hands-on functional analysis — gathering requirements, designing solutions, and managing configurations — with leadership responsibilities to guide and mentor a team of Salesforce professionals.
This position requires strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud or other major Salesforce products experience creating detailed process documentation user stories acceptance criteria familiarity with Agile Scrum delivery methods excellent communication organization and leadership skills certification as a Salesforce Administrator Business Analyst is desired but not required.
