Seeks a Human Resources Business Partner to help our employees to fulfill their potential.

In this position, you will be responsible for Union negotiation and Collective agreements recruiting, staffing and developing all employees across the organization and monitoring the overall success of organizational objectives.

You will also be responsible for supporting the management team with employee development and innovative recruitment initiatives. This position requires excellent analytical skills, a passion for ethical business practices and a strong commitment to continuous learning.

$80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
