Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of customer service representatives and ensure excellent customer service is provided
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Handle escalated customer complaints and provide resolution
- Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality standards are met
- Train and coach customer service representatives to improve performance
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement
Experience:
- Proven experience in a customer service management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports to track team performance
- Strong organizational and time management skills
