Responsibilities:


  • Manage a team of customer service representatives and ensure excellent customer service is provided
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and provide resolution
  • Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality standards are met
  • Train and coach customer service representatives to improve performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement

Experience:


  • Proven experience in a customer service management role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports to track team performance
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)

  • Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • French (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)

  • Day Shift (preferred)
