    Représentant du commerce de détail à temps partiel

    Description du poste

    Chez Mars, l'un de nos principaux avantages concurrentiels est la force de notre force de vente au détail. Nous avons pour mission de créer un monde meilleur pour les animaux de compagnie et tout commence par la sensibilisation et l'exécution de nos principales priorités commerciales au niveau des magasins afin queles Parents Canadiens d'animaux de compagnie choisissent d'acheter nos produits pour animaux de compagnie plutôt que d'autres marques concurrentes. Nous travaillons ensemble du siège social au niveau du magasin afin d'atteindre ou de dépasser nos objectifs commerciaux et de progresser vers nos objectifs à long terme.

    Que recherchons-nous?

    • Capacité de vendre des marchandises en tirant parti des informations, des activités promotionnelles et des outils de vente au détail
    • Solides compétences en matière d'établissement de relations et de service à la clientèle
    • Solides compétences en organisation et en communication
    • À l'aise avec la technologie (MS Office, iPad, iPhone, etc.)
    • Possession d'un permis de conduire valide
    • Capacité de soulever jusqu'à 50 lb, de conduire, de s'asseoir, de se tenir debout, de marcher et de s'agenouiller pendant de longues périodes de temps
    • Flexibilité en ce qui concerne le travail à distance, inclure des nuitées potentielles dans les territoires
    • Doit vivre à l'intérieur des limites du territoire

    Quelles seront vos principales responsabilités?

    • Couverture des appels en personne des détaillants de masse, des épiceries, des boutiques d'animaux de compagnie d'une manière efficiente et efficace
    • Établir et maintenir de solides relations avec les clients
    • Exécution/conformité des priorités opérationnelles clées
    • Volume de vente pour prendre en charge les promotions et les affichages incrémentiels
    • Résolution des cas de non-stocks
    • Combler les écarts de distribution
    • Enregistrement et maintien de données précises au moyen d'un appareil portatif
    • Marchandisage
    • Tirer parti des informations et des outils de vente au détail pour convertir les acheteurs en nos marques

    Job Description

We work together from Head Office to Store level in order to achieve or exceed our business objectives and make progress towards our long-term goals.

    What are we looking for?

    • Ability to sell & merchandise leveraging insights, promotional activity, and Retail tools.
    • Strong Relationship Building & Customer Service skills.
    • Strong Organization and Communication skills
    • Comfortable with technology (MS Office, iPad, iPhone etc.)
    • Possession of a valid Driver's License
    • Ability to lift up to 50lbs, drive, sit, stand, walk and kneel for extended periods of time.
    • Flexibility regarding remote work, include potential overnight stays in territories.
    • Must live within territory boundaries.

    What will be your key responsibilities?

    • In-person call coverage of Mass, Grocery and Pet Retailers in an efficient and effective manner.
    • Building and maintaining strong Customer Relationships
    • Execution/compliance of key business priorities
    • Selling volume to support promotions and incremental displays.
    • Resolving out-of-stocks
    • Closing distribution gaps
    • Recording and maintaining accurate data through hand-held device
    • Merchandising
    • Leveraging insights and Retail tools to convert shoppers to our brands.
