Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Support with the implementation of Beedie brand standards across the organization
- Support with growing our industrial presence in all active markets in which Beedie operates in
- Maintain Industrial CRM database and marketing lists
- Support with the creation of our online and print advertising creative
- Coordinate promotional material: internal and external brochures (print and digital), invitations, giveaways and apparel
- Coordinate projectspecific marketing collateral: logos and brand standards, brochures, marketing plans, renderings, websites, videos etc.
- Assist in the maintenance of the Industrial segment of Beedie's Corporate website
- Coordinate employee headshots and bios
- Assist with the coordination and activation of all Beedie Industrial events
- Manage and upkeep all Beedie Industrial subbrandspecific collateral, ensuring consistency and quality across materials.
- Support the growth and management of multiple social media channels + coordinate posts across all divisions of the organization to fill our monthly content calendar + track KPIs specific to all Beedie Industrial social campaigns
- PO and contract creation in Yardi
- Monitor and track essential industrial metrics for accurate reporting and strategic decisionmaking.
- Centralize tracking for all external requests to the Marketing team, optimizing resource allocation and workload management.
- Track new market trends specific to platforms, technologies (ai), and marketing tools

- Proven ability to thrive in a highly collaborative and fastpaced environment
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and graphic with excellent grammar/proofreading ability
- Selfmotivated and energetic; takes initiative and ownership
- Postsecondary education in a related area (marketing, PR, communications, graphic design)
- Applicants must have excellent computer skills, experience with Adobe Creative Suite Applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
