Altona Renovation is a full service general contractor, providing interior renovation services to multi-residential landlords and property management companies across the GTA.

We are currently looking for an addition to our project management team. Altona project managers are the face of the company. They quote, plan and manage a broad portfolio of renovations. REQUIREMENTS:

5 years experience working in the renovation/construction industry and able to:

• Speak English; second language is an asset (Mandarin, Polish, Turkish.)

• Inspect

• Scope

• Estimate costs

• Quote
• Accurately measure components as required
• Calculate sqft, add, subtract, multiply, divide and understand markup and margin
• Identify materials and quantities required to perform the work
• Plan the work and communicate instructions clearly
• Quality control manage Altona handymen and subtrades
• Manage overall job costs
• Pays attention to detail and follows up/follows through
• Valid Drivers license and clean abstract we provide you with a company vehicle.

Salary:
$60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
