The Role
Our Digital Marketing Specialist will work alongside our entire team, but in particular will support our:
Head of Data & Insight
Head of Website
You will operate within our 5-Phase Service Model and Framework Methodology, ensuring that key areas like brand, messaging, and website development are technically sound and commercially aligned.
We work collaboratively and creatively - thinking out loud, challenging each other respectfully, and building solutions together. No silos. No ego. Just shared momentum.

Key Responsibilities
SEO, GEO & AEO Strategy
(In collaboration with Head of Data & Insight and Head of Website)
Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies (technical, on-page, off-page)
Implement GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) best practices
Conduct audits, keyword research, topic clustering, and search intent mapping
Monitor indexing, crawlability, structured data integrity, and authority signals
Execute backlink acquisition strategies aligned with commercial goals
Optimize FAQs, schema markup, and structured content for AI-driven search interfaces
Website Optimization & Technical Maintenance
(In collaboration with Head of Website)
Perform technical website audits and ongoing site health monitoring
Improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile responsiveness
Optimize site architecture and internal linking structures
Identify conversion bottlenecks and support landing page testing
Maintain CMS integrity (WordPress or similar platforms preferred)
Ensure website changes align with brand clarity and conversion flow
Support structured experimentation under our 5-Phase Service Model and Framework Methodology
Analytics & Performance Systems
(In collaboration with Head of Data & Insight)
Build and maintain GA4 dashboards and reporting environments
Configure event tracking, goal tracking, and conversion mapping
Analyze traffic quality, user behaviour, and conversion performance
Translate analytics into actionable insights - not vanity metrics
Support benchmark/KPI reviews across active client engagements
Assist in data visualization and client-ready reporting outputs
AI & Marketing Technology
Understand how LLMs interpret content, authority, and structured data
Apply AI tools for research, workflow efficiency, and optimization modelling
Support experimentation in automation, structured content generation, and tagging frameworks
Stay current on evolving search and AI interface behaviours
Deep interest in agentic AI and how autonomous systems are reshaping the world - you view AI as a strategic layer that can instill change, governance, and thoughtful experimentation.
Core Digital Marketing ExecutionSupport campaign tracking and UTM governance
Monitor email marketing performance and segmentation logic (when relevant)
Audit digital advertising performance alignment with landing experiences
Assist with CRO (conversion rate optimization) initiatives
Maintain marketing technology hygiene and tracking discipline
Who You Are
3–5+ years in SEO and digital performance strategy
Strong technical SEO foundation (schema, crawl diagnostics, indexing health)
Fluent in GA4, Search Console, and analytics interpretation
Comfortable working in CMS environments and structured web ecosystems
Understand how AI is reshaping discovery and authority
Familiar with Agile Marketing principles
People-oriented, culturally aware, and detail-driven
Able to explain creative and technical insight in business language
