We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
_Front of House Manager_ with experience in managing events to lead our team.

The front-of-house manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, particularly during events and special events.

This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and motivate the frontofhouse team to provide exceptional service and exceed guest expectations during regular operations and special events.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including private parties, ensuring all details are meticulously managed.
  • Coordinate with event planners, vendors, and internal departments to coordinate logistics, menu selections, and special requests.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Train, mentor, and coach frontofhouse staff to ensure consistency in service delivery and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Conduct pre
- and post-event meetings with staff to review expectations, provide feedback, and address any issues or concerns.

  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and proactively.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the dining area to maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food and beverage service and maintain highquality standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to meet operational needs while controlling costs.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of event budgets, sales targets, and financial goals, taking proactive measures to optimize revenue and control costs.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service quality and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a management role within the hospitality industry, with a focus on event planning and execution.
  • Strong leadership and people skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Serving it Right certification.
