We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
_Front of House Manager_ with experience in managing events to lead our team.
The front-of-house manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, particularly during events and special events.
This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the frontofhouse team to provide exceptional service and exceed guest expectations during regular operations and special events.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including private parties, ensuring all details are meticulously managed.
- Coordinate with event planners, vendors, and internal departments to coordinate logistics, menu selections, and special requests.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Train, mentor, and coach frontofhouse staff to ensure consistency in service delivery and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests to ensure a seamless dining experience.

- Conduct regular inspections of the dining area to maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food and beverage service and maintain highquality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to meet operational needs while controlling costs.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of event budgets, sales targets, and financial goals, taking proactive measures to optimize revenue and control costs.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service quality and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a management role within the hospitality industry, with a focus on event planning and execution.
- Strong leadership and people skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Serving it Right certification.
