Writing and formatting various documents- Assembling, archiving, and organizing documents
- Create and revise memos, letters, and corporate documents
- Assisting with compiling data and preparing reports
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
- Provide occasional support to the receptionist
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bilingual (English & French)
Salary:
From $21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
