    Description

    Currently hiring FLEX team members for a committed schedule of SATURDAY (8 hours) & SUNDAY (8 hours) shifts - AM & PM.

  • $21/hr base wage - additional shift premiums may apply
  • Maximum of 20 hours/week
  • Physically demanding role - including extensive walking and/or heavy lifting
  • Role Purpose :

    Responsible for quality, good manufacturing procedures, safe, secure, and accurate filling of customer orders and ensuring those orders arrive at the staging locations complete and on time. While keeping a focus on quality.

    Key Accountabilities :

  • Efficiently pick customer orders or shipment ensuring the correct number and type of product is picked and shipped.
  • Assemble various types of merchandise for shipment.
  • Transport orders to shipping locations utilizing material handling equipment.
  • Assist in physical inventories.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, and safe work area.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Required Education and Experience :

  • Must meet material handling equipment certification requirements

  • Must successfully complete Criminal Background Check (company provided)
  • Previous experience with voice-to-pick and MHE is considered a strong asset, but not required
  • Preference will be given to candidates with warehouse background
