At RaceTrac our Co-Managers are the heartbeat of the store supporting the General Manager leading by example and helping teams deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.
Responsibilities
Maintains inventory in a neat and organized manner Supervises and monitors adherence to all safety-related regulations including food safety regulations Participates in daily store operational activities as needed Rings up guests on cash register and balances cash and inventory transactions Ensures the store is clean and well maintained Stocks shelves and coolers takes inventory on shelf items Receives vendor deliveries Orders inventory supplies Possesses ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly bend stand reach while on job with no or infrequent breaks Greets interacts with new regular guests in genuine manner suggests products that complement purchase enhance guest experience Provides prompt efficient courteous service engages conflict management when needed Fosters positive professional relationships co-workers guests communicates respectfully maintains consistent team-oriented attitude Addresses any guest concerns designated shifts Assists control of inventory flow/distribution materials merchandise supplies Works General Manager determine type quantity merchandise bought stocked sold Sets leading example RaceTracs Core Values Leadership Qualities RaceTrac Way entire team Supports General Manager managing store operation Directs plans apportions work store team members designated shifts Supervises coaches trains develops store team members Provides feedback employee performance development General Manager.
