In this role, you will support the effective and efficient transition of projects to the Business Units. You will also support Project Managers in navigating Project Lifecycle Gating Control, Project Turnover, and Project Closeout requirements.

What you will do:

  • Support efficient and timely turnover and closeout of projects.
  • Represent Projects in Business Unit Operational Readiness Assurance (ORA) reviews.
  • Track completion of key issues and deficiencies that impact turnover and closeout of projects.
  • Develop project closeout plans.
  • Coordinate project lifecycle gating control reviews.
  • Track and report on Project closeout status and issues to leadership.

Who you are:

  • Related university degree, diploma, or certification.
  • Four or more years of related experience in projects, including project turnover, operational readiness, project gating, and project closeout.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills with proven track record to independently lead and/or coordinate work with diverse groups (project team, internal and external partners, customers, and contractors).

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment.
  • Under 5% Travel.
  • Projectgenerated disruptions to offthejob personal activities. This includes extended working hours and handling afterhours calls requesting direction and assistance on weekends or during evening hours. (Approximately 2 to 5 occurrences quarterly).
