We are looking for customer-focused self-starting individuals to join our team as service managers leading highly skilled technicians in achieving employee department and customer goals objectives striving to build meaningful relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
- Daily administration of zone activities including implementation of action plans to achieve annual key results monitor progress toward achievement of goals.
- Advocate follow standard in health safety advocate follow standard onboarding engagement with new hires transferring employees build meaningful strategic relationships by regular communication internal departments that effect direct reports customers develop direct reports high performing attain key performance goals through effective efficient workforce job analysis planning safety training communication job tasks performance satisfaction career discussions corrective action behavior discipline ensure compliance all H&S road service policies train develop technicians participate health & safety initiatives ensure technicians well equipped proper equipment prior service calls maintenance service vans tools monitor attendance staff accounting hours posting work orders contact meet customers review new business scheduling quality concerns collection issues technical issues complete site visits customer locations ensure quality workmanship/H&S standard analyze customer satisfaction levels aim build rapport customers resolution service issues resolve employee customer concerns/disputes conduct annual performance evaluations one one subordinates maintain employee training records create track operational reports zone monitor performance KPIs assist preparation business plans annual budgets service operations analyze upcoming marketplace data establish technical staffing requirements inventory service vans etc attend participate various strategy team management health & safety meetings forecast replacement growth projections technician headcount set budgets financial data market business analysis.
