Job Summary:


The IT Knowledge Analyst is responsible for knowledge authoring including the generating, maintaining, inventorying, and performance monitoring of various technical documentation while developing, championing, and communicating knowledge and documentation templates and best practices in a shared-learning, collaborative and accessible environment.


The IT Knowledge Analyst will capture, create, synthesize, share, structure, audit, and report IT knowledge to improve and support IT operations, strategies, and activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent from a recognized institution.

Three (3) years of related experience in technical communications or knowledge base management.

Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework certification is an asset.

Knowledge management certification is an asset.

Experience with an enterprise-level ITSM tool is preferred.

Experience with Power BI and Google Analytics is preferred.

Graphic design experience an asset.

Exemplary written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail, accuracy, clarity, and quality.

Advanced knowledge and experience with O365, Adobe PDF, Snagit Editor, Publisher, Visio, and Excel, PowerPoint are essential. HTML, CSS.


Self-motivated problem solver with critical thinking skills and a desire to identify issues and formulate solutions that reduce risk and align with organizational strategies.

Demonstrated ability to provide positive and proactive communications and customer service to users, vendors, and other key stakeholders.

Excellent decision-making, problem-solving and time-management skills with the ability to establish and implement multiple priorities.

Ability to work effectively as a member of a team.

Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
