    Come Join our Team of Professional Feline Practitioners

    The Cat Clinic is an extraordinary veterinary practice dedicated to feline patients and is currently looking for a part time DVM to join our team for 30 hours a week. Our practice team has established themselves as a haven of excellence, offering a stress-free and cat-centric environment. We offer a 3 and 4-day work week with 3 weeks' vacation to start. We are pleased to offer a competitive compensation. You'll have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in feline medicine, while surrounded by a tight-knit and experienced group of professionals who provide an array of services including, dental care, behavior counselling, diagnostic testing, digital radiology, ultrasound, and surgical services.     • Build rapport with clients by gathering information and listening to and empathizing with their concerns.
    • Perform physical examinations and diagnostic/medical/surgical/dental procedures that deliver the highest quality care while minimizing patient stress and discomfort.
    • Communicates with clients on topics such as pet diagnosis, treatment plans, preventive health care, and nutritional needs.
    • Maintains client/patient medical/surgical records and makes certain all necessary logs are kept up-to-date through established protocols.
    • Stays current on new medical information and changes in veterinary medicine.
    • Presents a positive image of the hospital to the professional community and to the public.
    Skills And Basic Qualifications
    • A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or related degree from an accredited university.
    • Licensure in good standing to practice in Ontario.
    • Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding veterinary code of ethics.
