Description
Our client is looking for a Director of Care to join our clients team in North York.

The Director of Care will be responsible for leading and managing the care team, ensuring that the highest standards of care are provided to our clients.


What you will be doing:


  • Lead and manage the care team, ensuring that the highest standards of care are provided to our clients.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our clients.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the care team.
  • Ensure that all care services are delivered in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage budgets.

What you must have:


  • Must be a RN
  • 5+ years of experience as a prior Director of Care within a Long Term Care Facility
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.

Salary/Rate Range:
$105,000 - $115,000
