Social Media Coordinator

As a Social Media Coordinator intern for our vibrant Indian cuisine restaurant with two existing locations and ambitious plans for expansion, you will play a crucial role in elevating our online presence and engaging with our diverse audience.

Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling content that reflects the richness of our Indian culinary experience.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to showcase the authentic flavors and cultural essence of our Indian cuisine.
• Create and schedule mouthwatering content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, catering to our varied customer base.
• Monitor social media channels for feedback, comments, and inquiries, ensuring timely and engaging responses.
• Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics or social media analytics platforms to gauge the success of campaigns.
• Stay abreast of current trends in Indian cuisine and social media, proposing innovative ideas to keep our content culturally relevant and enticing.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and culinary teams to ensure a cohesive online brand representation.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, and customer conversion rates.

Salary:
$17.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
