- Assist team with customer trials & agronomic demonstrations.
- Support automation requirements and leverage systems to review and interpret data.
- Support water management, review drainage products and assist customers with data interpretation.
- Conduct soil, tissue, and water analysis to provide recommendations for customers.
- Assist in training & development of staff and customers.
- Advanced knowledge of crop protection products and seed varieties.
- The ability to work flexible hours, including travel.
- A valid Class 5 Drivers License.
- Knowledge of farm and agriculture systems in the region.
- Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) – Option to obtain designation when employed.
- Professional Agronomy Designation. (PAg – SIA/AIA/MIA).
- 5 years' experience in an agronomic-focused role.
- Agriculture, Business, or Science Degree - Emphasis on Plant/Soil science experience.
- Operations Center & Agronomic Application experience.
- Have experience analyzing and interpreting data and reports.
- The ability to use desktop and internet applications.
- Excellent customer service skills.
