    Role Overview

    The Manager of Professional Services Sales will be responsible for leading and developing a team of sales overlays to achieve and exceed services sales targets nationwide. This role involves strategizing and executing sales plans, fostering client relationships, and collaborating with various departments to ensure a cohesive approach to service sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a deep understanding of professional services in our industry. The candidate will be responsible for our CDW Coworker Delivered Services and collaborate with our leader of partner delivered services.

    Qualifications

    § Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, related field or relevant work experience equivalent.

    § At least 5 years of experience in sales management, with a focus on professional services.

    § Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve results.

    § Strong business acumen, with an ability to understand and communicate complex service solutions.

    § Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

    § Experience with CRM software and sales performance tools.

    § Ability to travel as required to meet clients, attend conferences, and support the sales team.
