    Fitness LeadersGROUP | YOGA | PILATES

    We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Fitness professionals to join our team in the areas of Group Fitness, Dance Fitness, Yoga, and Pilates.

    Qualifications
  • One of the following: current BCRPA, Canfitpro, ACE, CSEP, CFES, ACSM or NSCA certifications and be willing to become BCRPA registered within one year as applicable.
  • Current First Aid and CPR C are required. (minimum Emergency First aid and CPR-A)
  • Preference will be given to those with 12 months or greater related experience.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.
    In addition to a valid group fitness certification from one of the above, we are seeking those with experience and specialty certifications in the following areas:
  • Group Fitness:
  • Certification in Older Adult, Osteofit, Weight Training, Indoor Cycling, Boot Camp, Sport Conditioning, Choreography and TRX training.
  • Dance Fitness:
  • Zumba Fitness and Zumba Gold
  • Other Dance Fitness designations or experience are additional assets
  • Mind & Body Fitness:
  • For Yoga = Trained/ Certified by YogaFit or another Yoga Alliance accredited course provider; BCRPA Yoga Fitness Registration.
  • For Pilates= Stott Pilates Mat or BCRPA Pilates registration.
    The City of Delta provides a competitive salary of $ $36.00 per hour based on experience and certification. Interested applicants are requested to apply online at , to competition number #24-009 EX by March 31, 2024.
