Job Requirements:

Secondary School Diploma
Applicants must have current health and safety training for lowrise residential construction
Applicants must have a valid driver's licence and their own vehicle as some driving around the construction site is required
The ability to lift and load construction materials around the construction site
The ability to clean and prepare construction site as required, e.g. sweeping and shoveling

Job Duties:

Cleaning debris and waste from the exterior and interior of homes under construction
Sorting and organizing construction materials from the exterior and interior of homes under construction
Removing any observed safety hazards through cleaning, organizing and properly storing construction materials
Clearing snow from the home's construction site as required

Workplace Environment and Conditions

Must be of good physical condition to perform various duties on site
Must be able to walk, stand, or sit for long periods of time
Must have valid Driver's License
