Role Summary

Reporting to the Senior Director, Sales, this position plays a pivotal role in building and leading all sales processes and activities.

In this role, you need to be a self-starter with strong motivational skills and have a proven ability to lead, coach, develop the sales team, and drive results.

To be successful in this role, you need to be energetic, positive, outgoing, accountable, and can build trust and relationships.

Furthermore, you need to be inspiring to positively influence your team to achieve targets.
Your team

Our sales team operates on a performance-driven sales floor with high energy, fast-paced, and fun environment where quick, out-of-the-box thinking is rewarded daily.


As the Sales Manager, you will manage two main teams:

1.


Account Executives:

They act as consultants to our clients and discuss various financing options available to them to grow their business.

Their main objective is to close the deals. They must be able to present the value proposition Driven offers customers in a smart, comprehensive, and customer-focused manner.

2.


Loyalty Team:

Responsible for re-engaging previous clients and offering further financing options.


Responsibilities:


  • Drive the sales team to achieve and exceed the individual, team, and business sales goals through KPIs
  • Manage the daytoday sales activities based on data available on various dashboards and reports
  • Optimize team performance through training, motivation, and funnel optimization
  • Collaborate with the User Experience team to manage the sales funnel to optimize conversions at all levels and maximize results
  • Manage overall and individual pipelines, and provide training and coaching where needed to improve
  • Motivate the team by fostering an upbeat environment to ensure the team is engaged
  • Effectively communicate vision and overall goals with the whole sales team at all levels
  • Collaborate with various departments to optimize processes, efficiencies, and daily operations
  • Work with other departments and sales teams to provide our customers with the best customer experience and journey
  • Being present on the floor daily to work closely with team members to ensure 100% focus and effort from the team.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 8 years experience in a Sales Management role at a senior level;
  • Experience in a fastpaced phone sales environment is a must;
  • University Degree or equivalent business experience;
  • Previous experience in developing sales plans, sales processes, and coaching structures;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Ability to think outside the box and bring innovative ideas;
  • Strong problemsolving skills;
  • Ability to effectively manage a sales team (10+);
  • Data and metricsdriven decision maker;
  • Ability to adapt to and drive change;
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is considered an asset;
  • Bilingual in French and English.
