We are looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our dental family.Hours:
Mon to Thurs 9am-6pm (flexible on the days)
1-2 Saturdays per month 9am-4pm (closed long weekends)
Requirements:
- possess strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent customer service skills; likes working with people.
- graduated from a dental reception program or have dental reception experience; open to coaching and learning
- strong computer skills; knowledge of Abeldent software is an asset.
- duties include taking phone call, scheduling and confirming, dental insurance codes and billing, receiving payments from patients, sending/receiving digital xrays, communicating with back staff and managing the patient flow.
