    We are seeking a skilled Ubuntu Linux Kernel Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining silicon-optimised kernel variants, troubleshooting issues reported by partners, customers, and the community, and contributing patches upstream.


    The Role


    • Collaborate with a globally distributed team to integrate platform support into the Ubuntu Linux kernel

    • Work closely with silicon vendor partners to design and maintain silicon-optimised kernel variants

    • Diagnose and resolve kernel issues reported by partners, customers, and the community

    • Create rigorous testing processes for new kernels
