Description
Responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to:

  • Field incoming customer calls and inquiries;
  • Ability to match customer needs to our available inventory
  • Attend to walk in customers for purchases/inquiries and/or order pick ups;
  • Updating customers on pricing, inventory availability and product information;
  • Updating inventory identify high demand items and stock outs when encountered;
  • Sourcing inventory when required;
(prior knowledge of packaging/corrugate/cardboard or recycling preferred)

  • Updating customer data regularly in computer system;
  • Tracking shipments for customers;
  • Experience working with an accounting software is an asset
  • Simply Accounting.
  • Possess and exhibit a positive attitude;
  • Be an effective communicator both verbally and in written formats;
  • Be willing to take initiative, detailed oriented and comfortable with computers comfortable in a fast paced environment; work well with little supervision
  • Have a welcoming, pleasant and positive phone manner;
DVP/Eglinton/Victoria Park - 3 days per week, 8-4:30 and covering staff vacations.


Salary:
From $45,000 per year


COVID-19 considerations:
open office, open windows, well ventilated.
