Description

Product Manager - Point-of-Sale Products
Join our team as a Product Manager responsible for the entire lifecycle of our Point-of-Sale (POS) products. You'll define vision and strategy, collaborate with Technology and Marketing, and ensure product profitability and viability.

Responsibilities:

Gather business intelligence, assess competitor offerings, and analyze market trends
Evaluate new product ideas and develop gotomarket strategies
Define requirements and create product strategy documents
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align POS product requirements
Implement and maintain an 18month to 3year product roadmap
Drive product execution, manage lifecycle, and collaborate with internal teams
Consult on concepts, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with corporate strategies
Resolve productrelated issues and communicate action plans with stakeholders

Requirements:

2+ years of Product Management experience
Knowledge in restaurant operations and POS software
Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline
Experience in restaurant vertical and payment processing industry preferred
Understanding of technology and software development lifecycle
Strong business acumen and project management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Confluence, and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
