Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Manage phone systems, including answering and directing calls
  • Perform clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, and filing
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining office supplies
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Support the team with various clerical tasks

Experience:


  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
  • Familiarity with dental office operations is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in file management and data entry
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
