Description

Efficiently process and execute tasks assigned, such as landing/blog/custom page creation, among others.

Conduct website audits as assigned.
Work in conjunction with other Managed Services Teams (SEO, Creative, PM, Social, SEM) to fulfil client campaign needs.
Participate in trainings and workshops as assigned by Management.
To assist with identification of potential site improvements, utilize 3rd party tools like Copyscape, Majestic SEO, Google Webmaster Tools, Google Trends, and Moz Pro. (5%)
Troubleshoot negative trends in key performance indicators and search engine visibility. With assistance, determine cause of trend and take corrective action. (5%)
Communicates with clients to answer their SEO related questions, address concerns, reinforce the value of the service, or save potential cancellations. (10%)
Complete search engine related requests from clients like market research, webpage optimization, Google Local optimization, and analysis of analytics on demand. (10%)
Remain informed on the latest in Google algorithm changes. This includes updates like Panda, Penguin, Hummingbird, and Pigeon.
