    Under the supervision of the Proposal Manager, this role is responsible for bid sourcing and administration of the bid/no bid process, as well as client/procurement site registrations.

    What You'll Do Here

  • Facilitate the bid/no bid process for opportunities across North America.
  • Research client and bid sourcing sites for potential opportunities.
  • Maintaining a pursuit database.
  • Maintain client database.
  • Client site registration.

    • What You Bring to The Team

  • A self-motivated team player with 1 to 2 years of bid sourcing experience, preferably within the utilities construction industry.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to generate and maintain reporting around bid sourcing and bd pipeline.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with bidding sites such as Merx, Biddingo, Bids & Tenders, US Bidding Sites.
  • Strong computer skills and expertise in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint.
  • Technical knowledge of the utilities industry considered a strong asset.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced/agile environment with competing priorities and capable of critical thinking and problem solving.
