Description
Conducting job analysis, creating job descriptions, and posting available positions on online job boards.Planning resources including staff movements, employment contracts, and performance evaluation
Maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, HR events and maintaining agendas.
Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
Tracking vacation, absents, benefits, etc. systematically
Keep up-to-date with benefit packages, latest HR trends and best practice.
Provide orientation packages for new employees (employee handbook, employment agreement, etc.)
Provide support to the hiring committee, schedule interviews and be part of the interview panel.
Ensure police checks, background and reference checks are completed
Assisting with new employee orientation, and settlement in a new position.
Excellent Computer Skills and advanced knowledge in MS and Information Management
Organized, goal oriented, with excellent presentation and negotiation and upselling skills
Aligning HR strategy with the organization's overall strategy and maintaining sustainability
Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract
Salary:
$45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Experience:
- Human resources: 3 years (preferred)
