Job Title:
Project Coordinator


Basic Purpose:

The Project Coordinator is responsible for the administrative coordination of project activities including but not limited to:

  • Technician assignments and scheduling coordination
  • Materials ordering/tracking/receiving
  • Maintain proper status for active projects in data base
  • Documentation management (uploading and tracking acceptance packages)
  • Change order coordination
  • Rudimentary Viso drawing of As-Build conditions for each site
  • Regular reporting to Management and Clients
  • Promote a safe working environment

Major Responsibilities and Duties (to fulfill major purpose):

  • Primary responsibility is to coordinate with clients on work product. Daily interaction with clients and project management to ensure prompt and complete deliverable packages

Working Conditions:


  • Walking, standing, bending, crouching or stooping, sitting.
  • Infrequently lifting 5 to 50 pounds, occasionally heavier lifting.
  • Evening, weekend and holiday hours may be required on occasion.
  • Works primarily in Office with some field surveys expected.

Experience, Training and Education (demonstrating requirements):

  • 5 years related project coordinator experience
  • 5years telecommunication experience
  • Good Microsoft Skills including Visio
