WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Complete construction projects ensuring the health and safety of our tenants and employees.
Projects include insuite renovations, exterior siding, windows, roofs, boilers, common areas etc.
Project Administration from start to completion of each project, including construction and accounting administration.
Create Capex scenarios and reports as needed.
Project Manage Building Upgrades.
Tendering / preparation of RFPs.
Complete municipal building and development permits where required.
AFE & Purchase Order Process (Yardi) in collaboration with Construction Administrators.
Construction Management & Progress Inspections.
Procurement vetting of new contractors and suppliers.
Provide Contract Admin team with information required to create construction agreements for all work being awarded.
Operations Support in designed territory.
Critical Emergency response and its reporting (Clear Risk).
Provide weekly updates on projects to stakeholders.
Coordinate project activities with both our field staff and Calgary Head office.
Vendor Management, collaboration with vendors on ongoing projects.
Other duties as assigned.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

35 Years experience executing upgrade projects on Multi-Family Apartment buildings.
Construction estimating project management or sitesupervisor experience.
Experience with the full project life cycle of building upgrades from planning through to completion, including administrative tasks.
Experience managing roofing, siding, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, balcony, carpentry, and interior renovation projects.
Expect to spend 2550% of your time travelling to our buildings across our portfolio.
Ability to manage a large volume of small projects in parallel.
Exceptional problemsolving capability.
