Elna Urology, Elna Circumcision and Elna Sexual Wellness is looking for a clinic coordinator.

We are looking for someone energetic and dynamic and for whom customer service is a priority

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Clinic Coordinator will be responsible to make sure reception and customer service departments run smoothly.

You will assist the director in her daily tasks such as:

• Assist doctors with their requests
• Managing the daily clinics schedules
• Accounting (payroll, invoices, payables)
• Managing employees vacation/sick days
• Managing office supplies
• Ensuring all employees have the tools and support needed to excel
• Replacing the front desk staff if needed
• Assist in various business development projects
• All other requests from the director of operations
