IT and Field Service Support Associate Specialist
As the IT and Field Service Support Associate Specialist, you will be:

  • providing pre-sales support to Sales and Solution Consultants regarding Canon Software
- installing Canon software in the field
- providing IT support to for network customers


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide network support to customers
  • Install Canon software for customers and provide support
  • Provide thirdlevel support to Technicians in the field
  • Install and support software in BSD and ISG showrooms
  • Support Solutions Consultants with presale functions to develop customer solutions and scope of work

To Succeed, You Will Need:


  • MCSA Certification is required, SQL, Java and V.B. knowledge
  • Vocational or technical training in Electronics or Computers
  • Indepth knowledge of all Microsoft technologies, Mac OS, Linux, and Unix to install and connect Canon solutions
  • Ability to troubleshoot network and software issues and understand the relationship between software components and complex networks
  • Advanced project/process management skills are required to assist in developing scopes of work and installation plans, and coordinating with various business units and customers to ensure scopes of work are met
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
