Course
Description:
An examination of the historical and contemporary relations between women and work, and women and unionism.

Topics will include the evolution and structure of the gender division of labour, women and the labour market, and the relationship of women to the labour movement.


Required
Qualifications:


A PhD or ABD is preferred, although applicants with MAs and teaching experience (either in post-secondary institutions or in the labour movement) will be considered.

Applicants should have an interdisciplinary approach to labour issues.- Supplemented Fees
a) The employee may be eligible to receive supplemented fees in accordance with Schedule C of the Collective Agreement.

The actual rate of pay when in excess of the base rate of pay is deemed to include any supplemented fees owing, to the extent of the excess amount.

If the actual rate of pay is less than the sum of the base rate of pay and the supplemented fees owing, then the employee shall receive the difference.
