    This position will be responsible for...

    • In addition to its daily functions, welcoming and training new employees or training employees who have recently changed departments;
    • Provide practical training, transmit essential knowledge so that employees become independent and efficient;
    • On a daily basis, act as a "coach" with newly trained employees and ensure compliance with safety rules;
    • Support the effort of continuous improvement;
    • Complete various progress monitoring forms as required;
    • Maintain an efficient, clean and safe working environment
