    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Install, set up, and sustain Microsoft server operating systems, specifically Windows Server (2012, 2016, 2019), ensuring their consistent availability and dependability.
    • Oversee Active Directory services, encompassing user and group management, domain setup, and Group Policy control.
    • Monitor system performance and resolve issues concerning Microsoft server operating systems, applications, and services.
    • Configure and enhance networks. Manage system upgrades including BIOS, BMC, iDRAC, as well as firmware updates for various hardware components like NICs and disk controllers.
    • Implement security protocols and adhere to best practices to safeguard the organizations Microsoft systems against potential security breaches.
    • Conduct routine system backups and establish disaster recovery protocols to mitigate downtime and data loss risks.
    • Collaborate with other IT departments to design, deploy, and maintain integrated solutions aligned with business needs.
    • Strategize and execute system updates, patches, and migrations with minimal disruption to business operations.
    • Provide technical assistance and guidance to end-users and fellow IT personnel as required.
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines to uphold accurate records and a knowledge repository.
    • Remain abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices relevant to Microsoft systems administration.

    Requirements



    • Demonstrated expertise as a Microsoft Systems Administrator or in a similar capacity.
    • Thorough understanding of Microsoft server operating systems, encompassing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
    • Knowledge of cloud technologies like Microsoft Azure or Office 365 is advantageous.
    • Proficient grasp of networking principles, protocols, and security concepts.
    • Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical capabilities.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Preferably holds relevant certifications such as

    Microsoft Certified:
    Azure Administrator Associate or

    Microsoft Certified:
    Windows Server.

    Requirements

    • Possess Microsoft certification with over 6 years of development experience in Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint.
    • Proficient in designing and developing cloud solutions based on Microsoft Power Platform, utilizing Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps Portal, and Common Data Service (CDS).
    • Skilled in developing and utilizing OutoftheBox (OOTB) SharePoint Components, including Lists, Views, Content Types, and Web Parts.
    • Experienced in Power Automate, including working with services, triggers, actions, conditions, parallelism, and loops. Knowledgeable in running flows on schedules, calling custom business services, using approval options, observing flows, Team flows, extending Power Apps with Flow, and extending Flow with Power Apps.
    • Competent in using and managing various Office 365 components such as Office 365 Group, OneDrive, Teams, Planner, Stream, Sway, To-Do, OneNote, Yammer, and Office Online.
    • Proficient in various SharePoint administrative activities, including SharePoint security implementation and PowerShellbased automation.
    • Skilled in InfoPath, Power App, and Nintex form for designing, developing, and defining data structures of electronic forms and integrating them within the SharePoint platform.
    • Conduct formal and informal meetings with multiple users to gather requirements and provide solutions to existing problems.
    • Experienced in branding and modifying the look and feel of SharePoint using HTML, CSS, Master Page, page layout, Site Navigation, and SharePoint Designer.
    • Indepth knowledge and experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) based on agile methodology and scrum process.
    • Proficient in creating technical and user documentation for developed applications.
    • Assist with developing materials and providing enduser support.
    • Demonstrates strong leadership skills, highly structured and organized, with excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
