Cleaning Kitty is a fast-growing cleaning service provider, and we are looking for reliable and experienced cleaning staff to join our team.

We provide top-quality cleaning services to our clients, and we need dedicated individuals who share our commitment to excellence.


We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to supervise our cleaning staff and ensure that all facilities are kept in a clean and organized manner.

The Cleaning Staff Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning staff and ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.


Responsibilities:
(Might vary depending on location)

  • Supervise and manage cleaning staff to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
  • Schedule and assign cleaning tasks to staff, ensuring that all areas are cleaned on a regular basis.
  • Train new cleaning staff and provide ongoing training to existing staff as needed.
  • Monitor the quality of cleaning work and provide feedback and corrective action as necessary.
  • Handle any complaints or issues related to cleaning services, and take appropriate action to resolve them.
  • Clean and sanitize client's homes and offices according to Cleaning Kitty's standards;
  • Communicate effectively with clients and the Cleaning Kitty team;
  • Perform janitorial and maintenance tasks; and
  • Be flexible with different settings and types of work.

Requirements:


  • At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience;
  • Valid driver's license and a car;
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently;
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic; and
  • Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to different locations within the Greater Toronto Area.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent, Casual, Seasonal, Freelance

Part-time hours: 15-25 per week


Salary:
$18.00-$19.00 per hour
