    Toothworks The Boardwalk Dental is a family-oriented dental practice located in the Boardwalk at University Ave and Ira Needles Blvd in Waterloo. We offer a wide range of services to meet the needs of our patients, including general dentistry, oral surgery, Invisalign, children's services, cosmetic treatments, emergency care, and much more.

    Additionally, through working within our network of clinics, you will have the opportunity to work alongside and learn from some of the industry's leading clinicians and have greater access to the advanced treatment technologies and training & development, and support.

    Schedule: Full-Time

    Thursday (9:00-5:30)

    Friday (9:00-5:30) - two (2) per month assisting GP Doctor

    Friday (11:00-8:00) - two (2) per month assisting Orthodontist

    Saturday (9:00-2:00) - one (1) per month

    • Responsibilities:

  • Clinical chairside assisting duties including knowledge of instrumentation
  • Establish strong patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behaviour
  • Prepare treatment room in accordance with infection control and practice protocols for each patient
  • Thorough understanding of practice health and safety requirements

    • About You:

  • NDAEB and HARP certifications required
  • Registered and/or certified as a Dental Assistant with your Provincial regulatory body or association
  • Previous dental assisting experience required
