Description

The Data and Systems Analyst works within the Center of Data Excellence, supporting the team in obtaining data for use in performing sales tax consulting engagements.

The Data/Systems Analyst will work with external clients, by sending ERP specific data request letters, receiving the required data from clients through various methods of transfer, and generally assisting clients regarding questions or concerns about the data.

People:

Creates a positive team experience.

Client:

Handles requests from internal and external client for FTP sites.
Contacts clients to obtain data prior to engagement and provides any required assistance in retrieving data from their systems.

Value:

Maintains and administers the Ryan Canada FTP site.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, Outlook, and internet navigation and research.

Certificates and Licenses:
Valid driver's license required.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job requires limited supervisory responsibilities, including walking clients through using the FTP tool.
