We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with financial reporting. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will be essential in ensuring accurate and efficient bookkeeping.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts
  • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or errors
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Utilize accounting software, such as QuickBooks/Sage Simply Accounting, to record and track financial transactions

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
  • Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks
  • Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Ability to perform bank reconciliations accurately
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Knowledge of payroll processing is a plus
