Responsibilities:
- Have oversight of McDonald's national real estate portfolio of operating restaurants (~1500 restaurants), Excess Properties and tenant portfolio
- Lead the Property Management team, including oversight of the Capacity Initiative, national initiatives and other special projects
- Manage a region to address daytoday property management issues including liaising with landlords and restaurant owners on matters such as site maintenance, lease concerns and landlord approvals
- Meet with Property Management team, tenants, vendors, contractors & senior management as needed to review & provide support to resolve escalations, operational challenges & implement new initiatives
- Lead the strategy for maintenance of Excess Properties and tenant portfolio in firstclass condition, including partnering with Shared Services to mitigate tenant arrears and partnering with insurance to ensure Excess Properties are compliant with insurance requirements.
- Lead the initiatives for systems and automatic workflow to provide vision and support for the build of a workflow app that ensures bestinclass practices are adopted and promote a service excellence culture throughout the organization
- Lead restaurant closures to manage surrender obligations and ensure compliance with lease obligations
- Responsible for timely preparation and accuracy of the monthly and quarterly reporting packages for leadership and monitoring, and analyzing overall property performance, forecasting as required and communicating results to leadership.
- Additional projects and responsibilities, as modified and developed from time to time.

Le service de Gestion des actifs de l'immobilier est à la recherche d'un-e directeur-rice national-e, Gestion de la propriété pour son bureau de Toronto.
La personne sélectionnée relèvera de la directrice senior de la Gestion de l'actif national.En collaboration avec les directeur-trice-s de la Gestion de l'actif, le service du Franchisage, les services des Finances et de la Comptabilité, la Construction, le Service aux franchisés, cette personne dirigera l'équipe nationale de la Gestion de la propriété.
Les clients clés comprennent :
La haute direction régionale et nationale, le Contentieux, les franchisé-e-s, le personnel des restaurants de la compagnie et le personnel régional.
Qui vous êtes
Vous êtes passionné-e par l'immobilier et vous êtes doué-e pour créer de solides relations et collaborer au sein d'une équipe, tant avec des intervenant-e-s internes qu'externes.
Vous aimez résoudre des problèmes et pouvez penser de façon critique pour prendre les bonnes décisions.Vous possédez de grandes compétences interpersonnelles et en planification ce qui vous rend apte à faire progresser l'entreprise et à influencer les initiatives stratégiques.
Vous êtes un-e agent-e de changement doté-e de grandes compétences en communication, capable de soutenir efficacement notre système dans un environnement rapide et agile.
