- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Coordinate with municipalities to ensure all aspects of permit process and site inspections are satisfactorily completed
- Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project execution.
- Schedule and oversee installation activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor project progress.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during project implementation.
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure work meets specifications.
- Prepare project documentation, including reports, invoices, and change orders.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on project status and performance.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and team members to promote collaboration and success. QualificationsQualifications:
- Valid CFAA registration preferred.
- Previous experience in project coordination
- Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems and relevant codes and standards
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
- Proven ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
