With televisions strategically positioned in every direction, Underdogs caters to the avid fan of every sport especially Hockey, Football, Dodgeball and SLAP-BOXING (Russian Face Slapping Contest).


Duties Include:

  • Lead the development of all FOH Employees and Supervisors
  • Weekly reporting (Revenues, COG's, Labour, and all other Contribution Margin factors)
  • Weekly Inventory
  • Scheduling
  • Guest Relations
  • Operations
  • Beverage Menu development and refinement
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance
  • Event & Large Party Bookings

Qualities Include:

  • Minimum 5 years restaurant management experience
