Must haves

35+ years as Technical writer
Experience designing content to meet user needs and make complex, technical language and process simple to understand
Experience with mediumtolarge sized product development / service design projects
Experience with Figma user interface design software
Ability to contribute to content strategies and policies, including creating content patterns or standards.
Ability to produce content concepts and prototyping through a variety of methods from paper sketches to clickable prototypes
