Description

We are currently seeking professional, motivated, and experienced individuals to install and service smart home security systems & alarms for residential & commercial customers in a rapidly growing market.

Alarm Installation & Service Technician

  • Complete installations of home security, fire, and smart home systems
  • Servicing existing home security systems and automation products
  • Training and educating customers on how to use the system and the features it offers so they feel comfortable and knowledgeable using it
  • Answering general inquiries from customers during the installion process
Qualification Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of smart automation, security, CCTV, and fire alarm systems
  • Knowledge of Qolsys products is an asset but not required

Skills:


  • The ability to work efficiently both independently and/or as a team is essential
  • Strong work ethic
  • Must be computer literate
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Fluent in English
Education

  • High School
  • Postsecondary is an asset
  • Electrician apprenticeship is an asset
Other

  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License & reliable vehicle
  • Clear criminal record
  • Own Tools Required

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Salary:
From $35.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No more than 50 per week
